Training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff at the institute is carried out in postgraduate and doctoral studies in the following specialties in the field of technical sciences:
131 Applied Mechanics
- Postgraduate entrance exam program (in Ukrainian, open pdf)
- Program of additional professional entrance exam to postgraduate study (in Ukrainian, open pdf)
Conditions of Admission to Postgraduate Studies
Persons who have obtained a master degree (specialist) are admitted to postgraduate studies on a competitive basis. Persons who have submitted all the documents necessary for admission in time in accordance with the rules of admission to the University are admitted to the entrance examinations. The Admissions Committee may deny a person in admission to the entrance examinations only due to failure to submit the documents specified in the rules of admission within the prescribed period.
Requirements for admission of foreign citizens to Postgraduate Training Program
Admission of foreign citizens to postgraduate studies (doctoral studies) to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is carried out given:
- Master's Degree (Specialist);
- successful entrance examination;
- University invitation to study in Ukraine.
Training of PhD students starts from October 1st.
Duration of training is 4 years.
